Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours before appointment date, appointments that fail to do so will be charged 50% of the service booked. Appointments canceled within 24 hours and no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your hour appointment you will still be expected to pay full price of that appointment scheduled.
